What We Train

Substance, not theater.

Every discipline is led by professionals who use these skills for a living. We train to a standard: safely, lawfully, and for real.

A field medic treating a simulated casualty during a trauma-care exercise.

01

Tactical & field medicine

Bleeding control, airway, and trauma care, taught by physicians, nurses, paramedics and military medics. These are the skills that matter in the minutes before help arrives.

A swift-water rescue team working a rope system beside moving whitewater.

02

Rope & swift-water rescue

Technical rescue led by fire-rescue and swift-water professionals: rigging, movement over difficult ground, and the judgment to keep rescuers safe.

A shooter on the line with eye and ear protection during a range drill.

03

Rifle & pistol

Marksmanship built on safety and the law first. A clear progression led by certified instructors, for members who want to be genuinely, responsibly skilled.

A communications operator working a handheld radio and field laptop at dusk.

04

Communications & the DMR network

A real radio program: a DMR network, a repeater and talkgroup plan, and the field doctrine to keep a chapter connected when the usual channels are down.

A note on specifics

We describe our training here in general terms. The schedule, locations, range details and the full curriculum are shared with members, and with accepted applicants once they're in the process. Safety and the law come first in every session, without exception.

Could you teach one of these?

If you're a professional in medicine, rescue, firearms or communications, the Founding Cadre is how you shape the standard from day one.
