The Founding Cadre

The instructors who set the standard.

Before membership opens, we're putting together the founding cadre. The seats are limited and numbered, and you'll be among the people this society is measured by.

Leads still open: Communications, Operations, Legal and Content. We're actively looking for the right people to own these seats.

What we look for

Photographers, videographers and editors who can work safely around live training and make serious work look as serious as it is. Tactical, outdoor or action-sports experience is a plus.

What we offer

  • No membership dues. The Founding Cadre serve the chapter. They don't pay to belong to it.
  • Paid to teach. Cadre are eligible to be paid for the specialty classes they run through the society.
  • A founding, numbered seat, and first access to specialty courses.

What we expect

Real credentials, an instructor's temperament, and a commitment to safety, the law, and the people you train.

The process
